It's easy for us to criticize the other guys and much harder to come up with a convincing solution. But one key requirement in dealing with the New Marketing, I think, is putting together teams -- teams that are not dominated by the traditional creatives, but where media designers, planners, account people and producers have a larger role and are not kept out of the creation process.</description>
