Job Summary

Campfire is seeking a strong Account Director to join our team. This position will play a central role in the development, planning, execution, and analysis of high profile campaigns, promotions and activations.

We’re seeking a top-flight AD with the ability to identify, sell, and execute great work and has a record for being part of exceptional creative teams in their current role. Candidate will also be expected to demonstrate an ability to develop relationships and grow business.

A background in digital marketing, event planning, and/or public relations is a plus. This role is heavily focused on creative development, execution and program management, but offers a tremendous amount of exposure to strategy, concept development and business planning. There are endless possibilities to grow with this role and the agency.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage program budgets and estimates.
  • Work with internal agency teams and external partners to develop all materials, support elements, physical presence and marketing support leading up to event activities.
  • Coordinate and manage all logistics and execution of on-site event activation with internal resources and key suppliers.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of all activity. Candidate should have a thorough understanding of measurement and analytics from both estimation purposes and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with PR, Media, CRM, Retail and Promotional partners for strategic and creative alignment.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing status of projects with internal and client partners.
Experience Guidelines

8+ years of relevant experience required

Education

Degree or equivalent military experience
