In partnership with the NCAA and Co-SIDA, Capital One sought to launch the first consumer facing digital presence for the Capital One Academic All America® team. With the objectives of building awareness and educating student athletes and fans of the prestige of the award, Campfire developed a dynamic digital and social presence for the program.
Campfire concepted “Rule Both Worlds”, which celebrates and spotlights the dual achievements of these student athletes both in the athletic and academic worlds. The site demonstrates the prestige and motivational stories of the winners with customized, dimensional trading cards that are inherently shareable to social networks.
Moreover, the chalkboard visual theme expresses the hard work that honorees put in behind-the-scenes - both in the classroom and the locker room.
At a glance, visitors can see the accomplishments and the inspiring/human side of individuals and the Capital One Academic All-America® community as a whole.
